We service all models of BERNINA Machines.
At Piece by Piece, we do things a little differently. Rather than being placed on a waiting list, or dropping off your machine and waiting, we take appointments!
Routine cleanings and service typically are completed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Service includes complete cleaning, inspection, and lubrication. Have a specific concern? Let us know.
What we need to service your machine:
- The machine (of course!)
- Your zigzag plate (either a 5.5mm or 9mm depending on the machine)
- A zigzag foot (1, 1C, or 1D depending on the machine)
- A bobbin and case for your machine
- Any item you are currently concerned about (i.e., the walking foot, or embroidery unit) for testing.
If we find any issues or concerns, we will inform you before beginning any work.
